Can we buy DME equipment alone?
We don’t provide equipment individually. We adopt an "equipment + consumables" model. equipment and culture medium need be ordered(strain agents are paid free). Culture media from other manufacturers are not compatible. Besides, fermentation training will be provided by us.
How about the lifetime for equipment? And the warranty period?
The lifetime is 8 years (with regular maintenance), and 1-year warranty.
What are the specifications of domestic equipment, like model, voltage, and other parameters?
The BioSmart (DME-25) features 4G wireless connectivity and operates on 220V/50Hz (1.65 kW). It produces 25 liters of functional microbial liquid in a 24-hour cycle, consuming approximately 10 kWh per batch. The BioUltra (DME-1000) features 4G wireless connectivity and operates on 380V/60Hz (68 kW). It produces 1000 liters of functional microbial liquid in a 24-hour cycle, consuming approximately 300 kWh per batch.
What are the advantages of our BioSmart compared with the traditional culture barrel?
Traditional one takes 3–5 days and are highly susceptible to contamination due to temperature fluctuations and the lack of a sterilization process. In contrast, our BioSmart completes fermentation in just 24 hours, is unaffected by ambient temperature, and produces virtually contamination-free microbial liquid with consistent, stable results.
