What export certificates and qualifications can we provide?
We currently hold CE certification and can provide additional certifications required by your local policies. Generally, we cover the costs for mandatory certifications, while for non-mandatory ones, we assist with the application process, but the certification fees are at your expense.
Does the culture medium product need to be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture?
Our culture medium is regulated as an ordinary product (HS Code: 3821000000). It does not require cold chain transport; standard shipping is sufficient.
Regarding registration:
①The culture medium itself: No registration is needed for import/export as it's a standard input.
②The final product (microbial agent): If the liquid produced by farmers using our medium is for their own use, no registration is required. However, if they sell it commercially, it must be registered in the destination country, just like any other microbial inoculants worldwide, including in China.
Analogy: Think of our system as a fresh yogurt maker. You buy the machine and the yogurt starter culture (our medium) to make yogurt at home for yourself—no registration needed.
But if you bottle and sell that yogurt commercially (like Mengniu), it requires full product registration.
What are the sizes and weights of BioSmart and BioUltra?
The BioSmart on-farm live microbial fermenter (Model DME-25) measures 400 × 600 × 700 mm and weighs 30 kg. The BioUltra microbial fermentation station (Model DME-1000) , measures 3900 × 2424 × 2505 mm with a net weight of 4800 kg.
How do we address the export issue for strain agents?
The original strain will be sourced locally by the client, while GreenBio provides the strain evaluation standards.
How will we realize the remote control for exported products?
All exported equipment can realize remote monitoring via WIFI, which protects the rights and interests of agents.
Are the export versions the same for different countries?
Export configurations vary by region and are categorized into three main versions:
Europe/America (including Japan and South Korea) , Southeast Asia, and South America (including Africa) . The culture medium is also classified and sold according to these regional specifications.
