Summary

On-Farm Live Microbial Intelligent Fermenter empowers farmers to produce live microbial liquid individually. It integrates high-temperature sterilization, auto-cooling, inoculation, fermentation, and auto-cleaning to achieve the entire process of automatic and labor-free operation. In 24 hours, 25 liters of high-vitality live microbial liquid can be rapidly produced. Compared to ordinary constant-temperature barrels, the microbial quantity increases by over 40 times, and the microbial cost decreases by 30%.

    Fermentation process & operational steps

    1-Step: Initialization

    - Power on the device. Search for "Green Nitrogen Cultivator" on WeChat. Scan the QR code on the BioSmart device (from E0 mode to EA mode). BioSmart finished the activation. (Water Inlet: 4-point PE pipe; Water Outlet: 2-point PE pipe)

    2-Step: Fermentation

    - Fill in strain agents (small inoculation tray) and culture medium (large material inlet), and fasten both caps.  Press the startup button. Scan the QR code on the bag of culture medium against the scanning port. Select the Bacteria mode or the Fungus mode for your strain. Press the run button, and the device will ferment automatically.

    3-Step: Discharge

    - After 20 hours, the process ended with the voice reminder (“END” on the panel). Loosen the cap of the culture medium, and open the discharge rod. Collect the microbial liquid.

    4-Step: Cleaning

    - Tighten all inlets with strains, culture medium, and discharge rod. Press the clean button to start the cleaning process automatically. After that, open the cap of the culture medium and the discharge rod to drain waste.

Quick Copy Homework! Organic Farm Test: A 'Kingdom Card' for Managing Leek Mites—One Treatment for a Cure!

As the saying goes, "Leeks are delicious, but pests and diseases are hard to control." This is a common challenge faced by leek growers. The primary pest in leek production is the leek maggot, while the main disease is gray mold. In late December, a leek greenhouse at Beijing Shiwexian Organic Farm was hit by a leek maggot infestation. The farmer tried four products but none could control the pest. Unexpectedly, applying a single dose of live bacteria saved the entire crop!
