Beijing Green Nitrogen Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Nbio) is a leading provider of microbial intelligent fermentation technology. Inspired by household yogurt makers and home‑brewing beer machines, we propose Directed Micro‑Ecology (DME), which adopts pasteurization, abandons the rigorous high‑temperature/high‑pressure conditions of industrial fermentation, and uses a high initial inoculation density to enrich target functional microbes and keep them dominant. In parallel, on the hardware side, all core fermentation components are integrated into a compact, automated unit, transforming industrial‑scale equipment into a domestic appliance while preserving the standardization and operational stability inherent to industrial‑grade systems. The complete platform consists of intelligent fermentation hardware terminals (BioSmart, BioUltra), ambient‑stable proprietary culture media, and QR code cloud monitoring control systems.
It has established more than 1,000-square-meter laboratory equipped with industry-leading instruments, capable of providing full-process solution development, including strain screening, synthetic modification, fermentation optimization, formulation development, efficacy validation, and product testing. Over 30 core patents (including 13 invention patents) were obtained, covering the United States, Brazil, Japan, Chile, South Africa, etc.
