Summary

On-Farm Live Microbial Intelligent Fermentation Station empowers clustered agricultural zones and large-scale field crop bases to produce microbial liquid with high flexibility, equivalent to a 10-ton fermentation factory. Compared to traditional industrial fermentation systems, it features low investment, no construction cost, no need for regulatory approvals, no extended debugging, and allows for rapid deployment. Meanwhile, it integrates high-temperature sterilization, auto-cooling, inoculation, fermentation, and auto-cleaning into a fully automated process that is easy to operate and requires no expert engineers. Within 24 hours, 1000 liters of high-vitality live microbe liquid can be rapidly produced. It boosts fermentation efficiency by 10 times, switch strains easily and eliminates the risk of cross-contamination.

    Fermentation process & operational steps

    1-Step: Pre-Use Check

    - Open the station's door and prepare the ladder, check the inoculation tray and fermentation tank inside to make sure they didn't have any residue there and were cleaned up before fermentation.

    2-Step: Preparation

    - Fill in strain agents (the inoculation tray) and culture medium (the fermentation tank) while wiping off the edge of the residue. Screw both lids to seal without air. Click the water inlet button to fill with water and stop it while the alarm is alerting.

    3-Step: Startup

    - Select the strain type(Bacteria/ Fungus/ Aerobic /Anaerobic) and scan the QR code to initiate the fermentation process. Experiencing 24hours, it will finish. At this time, untighten the fermentation lid to release some pressure under the tank. Then, press the discharge button on the screen. After out of discharge, press the discharge button again to stop.

    4-Step: Cleaning

    - Screw the lids for both inlets. Press the clean button to start the cleaning process automatically. Then, remove the wastewater.

Quick Copy Homework! Organic Farm Test: A 'Kingdom Card' for Managing Leek Mites—One Treatment for a Cure!

As the saying goes, "Leeks are delicious, but pests and diseases are hard to control." This is a common challenge faced by leek growers. The primary pest in leek production is the leek maggot, while the main disease is gray mold. In late December, a leek greenhouse at Beijing Shiwexian Organic Farm was hit by a leek maggot infestation. The farmer tried four products but none could control the pest. Unexpectedly, applying a single dose of live bacteria saved the entire crop!
