Abstract
Innovative Application of Live Microbes for Enhancing the Quality and Efficiency of Organic Agriculture.
Recently, Green Nitrogen Biotech partnered with six organic farms in Beijing to launch the 'Live Microbe Enhancement, Jingcai Organic – Demonstration Project of Microbial Application Technology in Organic Farms'!

▲ Implementation Process of the "Live Microbe Enhancement, Jingcai Organic" Project
This groundbreaking initiative is no small feat. The Green Nitrogen Live Microbial Station has been fermenting fresh microbial liquid on-site for seven days, injecting vitality into organic farming. It's not only elevating organic agriculture in Beijing's suburbs to new heights but also setting a 'Beijing Model' for the nation!
The project is scheduled to be implemented from August 2025 (initiation) to December 2025 (completion), with the specific duration determined by the growth period of the selected crops (covering the entire mid-to-early stage to harvest).
Highlights:
✓ Covering 6 renowned organic farms (Pure Farm, Food First Farm, North Vegetable Garden, Tianan Organic Farm, Wanda Organic Farm, and Jin Hui Farm)
✓ Compositional Bacillus sp. fermented on-site using green nitrogen live microbial station at 24-hour intervals, delivered every 15 days
✓ Combined with integrated water and fertilizer systems (drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation) or direct foliar spraying
✓ Integrated pest and disease control solution utilizing live microorganisms such as Beauveria bassiana, Penicillium chrysogenum, and Trichoderma harzianum
Comparison of DME live microbial application effects:

▲ Sweet melon: Significant reduction in surface pest-induced scars, increased individual fruit weight, and more plump fruit shape

▲ Greenhouse tomatoes: exhibited superior overall growth and tree vigor, with fruit set observed throughout the upper, middle, and lower parts of the plants after treatment with green nitrogen and live bacteria, whereas the control group showed fruit set only in the lower half.

▲ Strawberry seedling cultivation: Compared with no DME application, the use of live DME bacteria significantly improved plant growth and shoot density.
For a long time, Beijing has attached great importance to the protection of agricultural ecology and the development of green agriculture. With the help of policy, the promotion of technological innovation and the enthusiasm of consumers, organic agriculture has long been an important role in the modern urban agriculture, and organic agricultural products are more and more favored by consumers.
Advantages of Current Live Microbial Technology on Bacillus Composus
- Improving soil environment and activating the small ecology in soil
- Promote crop growth and enhance the robustness of root systems and plant structures
- Enhancing stress resistance, healthy crops are less susceptible to diseases
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, Green Nitrogen Biotechnology, agricultural experts, and representatives from six farms formed a dedicated task force. Green Nitrogen Biotechnology strictly controlled the production and transportation of the microbial solution to guarantee stable quality and high viability of the microbial agent. The demonstration farms followed technical guidance to properly utilize the microbial solution. Continuous communication and regular observation and documentation of outcomes enabled the collection of extensive and reliable data, collectively refining the technology and operational model.
The project aims to produce a set of microbial live bacteria application manuals tailored for organic farms in Beijing, along with specific data demonstrating 'rapid growth, superior quality, and high yield' of different crops across six farms. It seeks to explore an effective model for plant protection utilizing live microbial technology, as well as a collaborative approach involving 'enterprises + extension agencies + organic farms' in a tripartite partnership.
