    Fermentation process & operational steps

    1-Step: Initialization

    - Power on the device. Search for "Green Nitrogen Cultivator" on WeChat. Scan the QR code on the BioSmart device (from E0 mode to EA mode). BioSmart finished the activation. (Water Inlet: 4-point PE pipe; Water Outlet: 2-point PE pipe)

    2-Step: Fermentation

    - Fill in strain agents (small inoculation tray) and culture medium (large material inlet), and fasten both caps.  Press the startup button. Scan the QR code on the bag of culture medium against the scanning port. Select the Bacteria mode or the Fungus mode for your strain. Press the run button, and the device will ferment automatically.

    3-Step: Discharge

    - After 20 hours, the process ended with the voice reminder (“END” on the panel). Loosen the cap of the culture medium, and open the discharge rod. Collect the microbial liquid.

    4-Step: Cleaning

    - Tighten all inlets with strains, culture medium, and discharge rod. Press the clean button to start the cleaning process automatically. After that, open the cap of the culture medium and the discharge rod to drain waste.
